Use the form below to place a yearbook order for each child. Please read the instructions carefully to ensure you place your order correctly.

Upload Pictures!

If you have any pictures from OTE events like, field trips, family nights, class parties, musicals, OTE sports or programs, upload those HERE with a brief description. Deadline to submit pictures is April 1st. Deadline to order yearbooks is April 19th, late requests to purchase after this date cannot be accommodated.

Did You Order a Yearbook Through ParentVUE? 

**PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK PARENTVUE PRIOR TO ORDERING TO CONFIRM IF YOU PURCHASED A YEARBOOK FOR YOUR CHILD DURING ENROLLMENT. **

Steps to check in ParentVUE:

1. Login
2. Go to your child's profile.
3. Click on Fee in the navigation bar.
4. Scroll down to "Paid Fees."
5. Look for "PTO Yearbook 24-25 OTE" for $20
6. Check for each child. If you paid via ParentVUE for the 24-25 yearbook, you do NOT need to order here.
